Simulated equipment can be used to carry out restriction enzyme digestion and DNA electrophoresis, on the ‘Lab Bench’ screen of Case It v705. Although this works for any non-plasmid DNA sequence*, it is much faster to use the Data Screen instead of the Lab Bench for these procedures. In the video linked below, the Lab Bench analysis is followed by the same analysis on the Data Screen. Both examples use lambda DNA digested by three common restriction enzymes.
