Click on Sam’s band (in second lane), then click the yellow Analyze button and select the menu items shown above.

Sam’s protein sequence has been added to the Export field. Next, click on the normal band (in first lane) and use the same menu commands to add that sequence to the Export field.

Finally, use the Analyze button again and select the commands shown above to open MEGA and align the sequences, as shown below:
