A quick way to build trees is illustrated below for one of the HIV / AIDS cases. After running PCR on the DNA files, shift-click to highlight the PCR products, then make click the Analyze button and make the menu selections shown below. This will cause MEGA software to automatically open and build the tree, without any further action on your part.
